Tiger dragonfly

I shot this dragonfly in lhokseumawe,Aceh. But I am not sure about the ID. It can either be Libellula semifasciata, the painted skimmer, or Celithemis fasciata, the Banded Pennant. If you know what it is, please help me identify this species.
