How's the weather at your side nowadays? We are having a pretty good weather some times then later on we are receiving extreme heat strokes. I do not get this situation of the weather that what's going to happen even there is a red alert for the people living near to the Sea that there will be soon a flood happen. May ALLAH save us from this unwanted situations. ALLAH protects us and He will for sure.
With heavy heart, I'm going to publish a dessert recipe that is according to the seasons and we already have mango season here so I'm going to make it every other day because my family loved it so so much. I'm sure you guys will gonna love it too because it is not only easy to make but deliciously good to eat as a sweet dessert after having a spicy meal. The best thing is this recipe doesn't require any cooking. ;)
Mango Delight
There are various versions of Mango Delight but I chose to make it in a very simple way which can be prepared by everyone easily. You only need to have any digestive biscuits, mangoes, and whipping cream and you are all set to go. Its easy and delicious when served cold.
Let's get started with recipe:

Mango Pulp | 3-4 | |
Condensed Milk | 1/3rd cup | |
Whipping Cream | 2 Cup | |
Digestive Biscuits | 3-4 pack | |
Mango Chunks | 1 Cup |
💫 Method:
First off, you need to whip the whipping cream with the help of an electric beater to whip it fast than usual
Now add condensed milk as per your taste. I'm using 1/3rd cup of condensed milk over here because my whipping cream is already sweet.
Add Mango Pulp too and beat for a minute once again and set aside
Now you need a serving tray, add roughly chopped digestive biscuits as a first layer. I used Marie biscuits here
Add whipping cream layer as the second layer
Now add Mango chunks on top of this whipping cream layer
Layer the remaining whipping cream as the last layer and decorate it as you like. I use mango pulp and Marie biscuits to garnish it
Refrigerate this tray by wrapping with cling wrap for 5good 5-6 hours because it served as chilled
