Hello Hivers 💕 💞,

Trust you are having a wonderful time and also planning your weekend to be a great one. As you are planning yours I made my own journey to a known big Market square here in Ilorin town known as Ipata market. To be precise I briefly went to the mini shop where they sell food Ingredients for both local food and also foreign dishes as well. I bought few ingredients as for the main ingredients for pepper soup for my family which they also included Cameroon pepper, garlic, ginger and more .

After I left the food ingredients arena I walked towards the food stuff stall in bulk and in pieces as shown down below.

I made this a reality and purposely for the #marketfriday Initiative by @dwsigle.

That is actually quite a large area covered by the food stalls. I was amazed at how much they had there. I saw they had my favorite yams there! I still am looking for yams of this size! I see none! Especially here in the States! We have tiny little ones as big as your hand. Yours can definitely feed a village.

Were they selling goats at the Market? They certainly had an abundance of fruits selling here. I am guessing that you no longer have to wear face or nose masks as I don't see any. How have the numbers in your cases of COVID been? Are they going down or up? Ours seem to be going up, sadly.

Anyway, I hope your pepper soup came out good and you were able to get all of the ingredients needed to make it! Thanks so much for showing off your market! I always love when you do one!
