That 4 AM one is true, but even with the meal prepping and the workouts it still doesn't seem like it makes a difference. So the people who don't do it are probably just as well off. I keep doing it anyway though. Hoping that one day it might. Well, the exercise anyway, my wife does the meal prep.

what sort of meal prep do you do?
Me personally, not much. I do the dishes, but my wife typically makes up all the meals for the week on Sunday morning. It's a lot of casseroles and stuff. That way when we get home from work we don't have to put a lot of effort into cooking something. We just pop it in the air fryer and let it heat up then we eat. So like last night we had a buffalo chicken pasta (we use this special high fiber stuff) bake that we just heated up. We each had our 1/3 of the pan and then the last third went in the fridge for my lunch today. The prep also helps with portion control for our big meals.
I haven't had a casserole in many years. I'm jealous!
She makes some good ones. I think my favorite is the one is a chicken cordon blue one that she makes.
