Me personally, not much. I do the dishes, but my wife typically makes up all the meals for the week on Sunday morning. It's a lot of casseroles and stuff. That way when we get home from work we don't have to put a lot of effort into cooking something. We just pop it in the air fryer and let it heat up then we eat. So like last night we had a buffalo chicken pasta (we use this special high fiber stuff) bake that we just heated up. We each had our 1/3 of the pan and then the last third went in the fridge for my lunch today. The prep also helps with portion control for our big meals.

She makes some good ones. I think my favorite is the one is a chicken cordon blue one that she makes.
