Tips to have an AWESOME Life

Be thankful you exist, when you get out of your bed in the morning.

Somehow the universe conspired and created another little dot among billions of other little dots. Amazingly all those dots live on another bigger dot, racing with crazy speeds around a big giant fire-spitting dot.

How do you feel, if I tell you, our galaxy is just another small dot in the grand scheme of the universe?

Isn't it great, that for a tiny little second of your existence compared to the billions of years the Universe is around, you are a living witness of all this?

Avoid distractions and multitasking.

It's a common trait of our time to be confronted with many distractions during a day, even for simple small tasks.

I usually open my browser to check new important emails and get easily distracted by flashy ads or the subtle ones, which know you better than you yourself. Then there are notifications from your social networks you are participating at (Steemit is still not one of those).
You are getting so much sucked in, in dealing with all those stimulators, that you have to eat and drink beside your computer. Heck, if you could take your computer with you while showering, you probably would thank daily the inventor of that waterproof Laptop. Next, you are starting making push-ups and brushing your teeth in one set and also the in the meantime a glance at the Bitcoin exchange rate showing on your TV.

And so goes by another day in which you forget to take a moment, breathing calmly and really tasting, feeling and interacting 100% with your world. When was the last time you really tasted every bit of your meal or looked deep in the eyes of your partner when talking to him/her?

Save your best moments.

Our memories are those which help us deal and understand better our world. Some task will always need to be repeated and some experiences are as rare as you can imagine.

I don't have much time to travel and when I do those moments are special to me. So bringing with me a camera, making those shots helps keep those memories alive. Getting some of those images in my hands, serves me getting in touch with the situation again.

With all the technological advances, we are still not capable of ensuring humans doesn't lose some of their memories. This makes writing down experiences an integral part of our existence and well being.

It's a good article. I like the story line running through it and how you express your thoughts. The only thing that I might do would be to break up the writing a small bit, maybe with photo's or highlighting certain parts of the text. I always find it easier to follow an article when it is divided up into smaller fragments.

Thanks for taking the time. Appreciate the feedback.
