Been awhile...

Been a few months...good to run through my feed and reconnect with a few of ya...

Just an exhortation today to champion your mental health. It requires courage. If you are fumbling today, getting lost in your brain, unable to recover from the intensity of your feelings, maybe having a hard time getting motivated to do anything...try these.

  1. Get your blood pumping. You can do it. A few push ups, squats, take a dog for a walk.

  2. Shut down your devices...including the one your looking at. You are more powerful then you know, you may need to shut down the powered devices to pull that strength out.

  3. Smile and go build someone else up - it will stimulate the why on your life...
