It does look like a nice plate you have there. Here in California there are a lot of Mexican food places. A friend of mine that is Mexican brought me to what he called, an authentic Mexican restaurant. Yes, I could tell the difference. They are hard to find, but I was fortunate to be taken there or else I wouldn't know.
