Reena,my wife has a great affinity for mangoes.She could even kill somebody if she is devoid of mangoes.This craziness of her towards mangoes i came across it in summer season of previous year.It was month of April of 2017 and the date was 22 ,which i could never forget.So, it was a normal hot day of summer, we woke up in the morning and she cooked breakfast for us and then we had our breakfast,then she to told me to come with her to the market as she has to buy vegetables and some groceries.So,we went to the market and then she bought some household groceries and vegetables and while we were returning from vegetable market,she got a glimpse of mangoes which was sold by a thelawala (one who sell stuffs on rickshaw)and no sooner she saw it, she started running towards it .As she was about to run a Maruti van just stopped in front,with a loud creach sound of break which was applied suddenly by that van otherwise she would met a huge accident.The person who was driving that van looked angrily at her but without caring much about it she continued to run towards mangoes,which seemed like a magnet at that time which was just attracting my wife towards it.Anyways, as somehow she reached there,she did not seem too happy because only two mangoes were only left at his rickshaw.she was too disappointed and anyone could make that by looking at her face.So,i told her not to worry and promised her that next day while returning from office i will buy for her 5 kgs of mangoes from fruit market.We could not go at that time to fruit market as it was too far away from that place and it is nearby to my office.
We went to home and she cooked nice lunch and we sat together and had our lunch.After we had our lunch, we went to bedroom to take rest as we both were tired.Suddenly, she realized about mangoes and she asked me for it. I told her that i am completely full and we can have it after sometime. She somehow agreed to it,although she could not resist her temptation,which i was unaware about her affinity towards mango at that time.So, i told her to take rest for sometime and she laid down beside me on the bed.I don't know when i fall asleep,but i could hear some strange sound as i was partially woken up due to that sound .After sometime i completely woke up and what i saw made completely stunned.My wife was not in bed ,so i went to see her,As i was entering inside kitchen, she saw me ,she was sitting down in front of refrigerator and i saw that she finished one of the two mangoes which we bought, and as she saw me , the other mango which was in her hand, she started sucking it like crazy which was supposed to be my share .Although i was in front of her, i could not gather enough courage to stop her and ask her whether she lost her mind . I had become a mere spectator at that moment watching her shockingly as she started sucking mine when i was in front of her....
