 The greatest desire is creativity.

Unconventional thinking, curiosity and a high degree of self-confidence are the basic characteristics of highly creative individuals. In addition to these properties, good domain knowledge, the possibility of autonomous research, flexibility and the ability of non-shared thinking are also needed to create new ideas. In addition to the already written characteristics and working conditions, we can also help with the search for creative ideas with special techniques of divergent thinking, which help us in a short time come up with many different ideas.

Brainstorm

Brainstorm or brainstorming is most commonly performed in small groups (3 to 8 people). Before starting with the actual "storm", we make sure that all members of the group are clear for which problem we are looking for solutions. Then we select someone from the group who will write the ideas. We record them all over the visible place (poster, board). The participants then suggest different ideas. They usually start with very obvious, and then association brings association and arrive at completely new dimension solutions. There is no limit to brain storms, we write down all the participants' ideas. The only rule is that we do not criticize the ideas of other participants.

 Turn the problem

Turning problems on the head is in the book What a great idea described by Charels Thompson. In his opinion, the key to understanding the situation is to learn from both its positive and negative aspects. Summer - winter, night - day, success - collapse, etc. The method consists of the following steps:

· OBRBN PROBLEM. Change positive items to negative ones. For example, it makes a list of things that can make your service worse.

· Define what it does not have. For example, a cell phone is not a car unlocking device.

· CIRCUMSTANCES WHAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY NECESSARY DRUG? Help with sentences: what would be if ...

· CHANGE OR POSITION OF A PERSPECTIVE. Go for a walk, do something else for a while.

· CHANGE TO WINTER AND WINTER. When something goes wrong, think about the positive consequences that you can nevertheless pull out of the situation and vice versa.

Once it does, get boots on the ground and do something with it, even if the "it" is fragmentary. Outline one scene or character of the novel, fool around with chords on the guitar or piano on Saturday morning, get out the mixing bowl, the flour, and some spices, and mix them up, doodle in your sketchbook.
