  1. Avoid talking about your health. The more you talk about your health, the more it enters to your subconscious mind and starts making your disease bigger than before. This gets its energy by the words you repeat everytime you talk about it. It is like putting fertilizers on the weeds. It also bores other people. People do not want to listen the things that do not add any value to them. This is very self-centered. You may get sympathy for a while but you will never earn respect and loyalty by being a chronic complainer.

  2. Avoid to worry about your health. Do not think that something is wrong within you. If you are healthy and all the test reports are normal, there is no need to get yourself checked again and again having the doubt of bad health. If you will keep on searching for an illness again and again, after sometime you surely will. So stop worrying.

  3. The health you have got is the greatest gift so be genuinely grateful for it. Someone in the world is struggling to walk, talk and sleep but you have all good so be grateful.
    Always remember this old saying "I felt sorry for myself because I had ragged shoes until I met a man who had no feet."

  4. It is the life in years that counts not the years in your life. Always be ready to wear out than just rust out. A prisoner has no option to live his dream but you are not that much helpless. You have all the resources and energy, so make every moment memorable.
