Welcome to Qurator's Mischievous Mondays!

This will be a weekly competition that we will be hosting every Monday. We want to see a little more engagement and fun when it comes to some of our competitions so this will be a simpler and shorter competition. Easy to enter, but maybe not so easy to win. ;) This competition will be similar to the Monday Missions we had a long time ago, but instead of writing posts to enter we will now consider only the comments and answers on this blog as your entry to win.

Why Mischievous?

We all could use a little fun in our lives. We would even say that we deserve it, let loose a little and have a go at making everyone laugh or think a little, even if it is a little over the top or pure silliness. Go all out and let your creative juices flow.

Make up your own word right now, and write its definition. Don’t forget to use your word in an actual sentence!

This week's theme : It really grinds my gears when my kids ...

This weeks topic is mostly for all the parents out there. What do your kids do that really grinds your gears or gets you worked up? Just curious as all kids are different, but in theory we just want to see what will make us the most angry as well. =P

Last week's theme : If all the money disappeared

Imagine all the money of the world disappearing. No more notes. No more coins. Nothing resembling the old style of money. We as people have to trade something new, something that everyone can carry around and use to barter with... What would it be?

Well, I know this week is directed especially to parents; but I still want to leave my participation!

There are 2 things that get on my nerves with my kids (I have 3 boys, 20, 17 and 10 years old), the first one is when it's time to eat, the food is served, and I call them to come, and they take all the time in the world to come, that bothers me a lot! because I think that mealtime is sacred and it's a time to sit down as a family!

The other thing is, that they leave food on the plate, I mean they don't eat it all; I don't know why but that upsets me a little bit because I think they don't like the food I prepared for them! hahaha, and after they have tasted it and leave it, someone else can't eat it anymore and I don't like to throw food away, I think that's even a sin!

This is my entry; by the way, happy father's day!

I don't have kids but I can imagine what would make me angry about my children.

We all know that parents love their children most in the world. They don't want to see their children in pain, that's why they always keep alarming them from not doing anything that is harmful. We know children does not listen anyone and this behavior could harm or hurt them. This is that would annoying for me as father.

Thank you for this great topic.

Thank you! It was an interesting topic :)
Congrats to my fellow winners: @sidekickmatt @kuhnchun @ismartboy and @yessi08 🎉
All fun and interesting takes on the "problem"

Thank you so much @treefrongnada 🌹

about children, I usually don't want him to be in pain or for him to get out of control or to be able to play freely without parental control I don't want my children or my sister to be able to play freely without proper education
