Hello Foodies,

How are you guys? Hope everything is going good at your end. There are a lot of problems going on at my end because my mother-in-law is admitted to Hospital for a severe back pain and her physiotherapy is going strong nowadays. It is recommended to get physiotherapy every year but she skipped for straight two years that's why she got in trouble. Well, everything will be going at the end as Time is the biggest healer to your wounds, no matter how hard time is treating you.

I'm going to share a Chinese recipe today which is known as Momos. It is ready in the steam which is somewhat healthy but when it comes to white flour then we can say it is non-healthy. Everyone who tried for the first time loved to try again and again because it is that yummy and tastier than it looks. You can see the below pictures that how it looks but tastes heavenly good. It all depends on the chutney that you served with Momos.

Chicken Momos also known as Dumplings. It is from Chinese cuisine which prepared in the steam from start to end. We use raw chicken meat with some spices and raw white flour to prepare then give them steam bath. It is served with spicy chutney as per your liking. I served dumplings with readymade green chutney which was spicy.
