One truth about entrepreneurship is that there is no one way or straight path to success. You can apply the textbook knowledge up until a time where life begins to test your emotional strength. The business environment has its own challenges and the uniqueness is found in the success story of every other entrepreneur who decides to share his. Most motivational speakers make it look easy but it is not as it seems.
The path has questions that textbooks and pamphlets can’t answer. There are days when motivational messages don’t get to do the trick with business choices. You must rise above the textbook stuff and begin to face it as it is. I must tell you this truth for you to brace yourself for what’s ahead. It would be difficult because your best friend might not necessarily be your business partner or associate. Families wouldn’t be ready to support the business. Friends would want things done for free and you need to keep taking emotional decisions.
You will get to that place where if you don’t manage yourself well, you would end up offending people for purposes of saving your business. The entrepreneurial success has its own dimensions and it’s only known to the one who studies the map and meanders by his own tactics with wisdom he has accumulated from others....
