Hello dear steemians
Today is a new day, and we all want our day to be better than yesterday and most importantly our future to be better than our past.
The truth is as much as we want a better future or a better today we could end up stuck repeating the same mistake we made last year, letting the same people who hurt us in the past to continue hurting us, letting haunting actions of the past to continue reflect itself in our now and later in the future.
By learning and letting go of the past we become better versions of ourselves. We can't change the past but we can most definitely learn from it and avoid making the same mistake. We also cannot keep holding on to the past as it can become a burden and rob you from genuinely being happy and free.
Life is best lived when its not centered what happens around you or what happened to you and center it on whats happening inside you instead. Work on your yourself and your inner peace.
