5 Tipps for a happier life

Some people believe in that material things bring happiness. I believe that happiness is inside us and we have to see it. Some may say that is sad we can not buy happiness. Others will be happy of this fact. It`s just different points of view. You decide what to think. But tell me how to buy anything that doesn`t have a material value? That`s why happiness is so “expensive”. It doesn`t matter how much money you own, it`s the way you see the world. Are you happy when it`s raining, when there`s a rainbow. Are you dancing in the rain or think that your new pair of shoes will get dirty? Happiness is a state of mind. We have to learn to “find” it first in us and in the daily little things. So here is my list of 5 things for a happier life

Be active!

Not only physically but mentally as well. Do sports. Sport makes you feel better. You look both fitter and healthier. It fills you with energy. And it can brings you new friends. Learn everyday. Read books. Be active. Cause the development is always a good sign.

Surround yourself with positive people.


Be aware of people you spend your time with. Time is precious. As you know the energy of our minds is so powerful. And if you are in a room full of negative people, theres no doubt youll feel sadder. It`s the same with the positive people. Be with people who have an ideas, who have dreams and want to achieve something in their lifes. People you are surrounded with have influence on you. Be with the people that make you a better person, a better version of you.

Focus on the good things

This is a little bit harder. I know it. Cause we are all humans and we have emotions. But if you try to find the good thing in any situation, you`ll be one big step closer to the endless happiness. Try to think in perspective if the current situation can`t bring anything good right now then perhaps in the future it will be different. Find the balance and know that there is not a pure good and a pure bad. It`s us who give the final conclusion of the situation

Be grateful


Remember! If you and your beloved ones are healthy. If you have food in the fridge. If you can drink clean water. If you have where to sleep tonight – a bed, a shelter .. Even if you can read this post right now and be part of this amazing platform. You are so much luckier than so many people around the world.

Try to be a good example.


Be the person you want to be friend with. Do good things. Don`t envy people, be happy for them. Help them if you can. And never forget the people who were good for you as well. Use more words like thank you, I love you and etc.

The world can be a better place. Our thoughts are powerful and we can change anything.

It all looks so much better in writing than in real life :) Good points though, we should all try to follow them.

yeah its harder to apply all of this as i said we are humans.. but its doesn`t hurt to try following them:)
