  • A habit is an act that becomes you ur custom whether you are conscious of it or not
  • A habit can be good or bad, natural or spiritual
  • Good habits are repeated as easily as bad habits
  • Good habits leads to success and victory without even realizing what you doing whiles bad habits lead to consistent failure and defeat without realizing what is happening
  • Bad habits are easy to form but difficult to live with whiles Good habits are difficult to form but easy to live with.

    Habits are often an insignificant act that seems to have no power to affect the future but good habits are powerful tools for future accomplishments.
    Chains of habits are too light to be felt until they become too heavy to be broken, change might not be fast and it isn't always easy but with time and effort almost any habit can be reshaped. If you believe you can change, make it a habit and the change becomes real.

    If you have good habits it's a safety procedure for you, this is because when you are under pressure, you will do certain good things habitually,easily and naturally. We are what we repeatedly do, excellent, then is not an act but a habit.

@debbynep great post. Sometimes we do not even realize how certain habits are negatively affecting our lives. That's why we need to be eachother's keeper, to point out other people's mistakes to them and to help them change it.
