Happy Sunday....here is a little inspiration for the day.

Good day everyone and HAPPY SUNDAY. Don't we all love Sundays? It can bring so many different things to each of us.

As a youth it always meant a drive into "the City" to go to church (where I would get to see and talk to my in town friends), and then a visit to my grandparents (where I would also get to connect with my cousins and other family members).

These days Sundays are more about sucking the last bits of free time out of the weekend, while also juggling how much prep for the coming week I should attend to.

I need to get "church" back into the equation, I have been very bad in that regard....So Sundays also come with a bit of guilt.
