Sometimes ago, my wife was sharing one of her experiences in the theatre with me as a medical personnel; a patient that had been administered with anaesthesia but due to some level of alcoholic content in the blood, was still struggling during a surgical operation.
It dawned on me that we sometimes act the same way in some issues of life. at times, we don't allow the Divine Surgeon perform His operation perfectly due to some iota of unbelief, fear in the mind like the alcoholic content.
Perhaps, God has promised that you are getting married this year, but here comes COVID-19, making everything look impossible, whereas even the suitor is yet to arrive and you are beginning to agitate or you have the promise of carrying your baby this year and up till now, there is no positive sign, God is saying Be still and watch Me bring my Words to fulfilment.
You might need to remove the sign that reads "men at work" in your life and replace it with "God at work". Watch God fight your battles and hold your peace. Relax and see God defend your case without gainsaying. Even in the midst of trouble all around the world, God is saying "Be rest assured that I am in control"
