Journal Entry
So after that EPIC 11km run and all the other great things that I managed to do yesterday, I settled down to write my Journal (which I did #215) and then the 9th of the 60-day challenge.
While I was writing it my poor mortal body decided to go to sleep! I have had microsleeps before or falling asleep sitting down. This time I leaned over to close my eyes for a few minutes and woke up hours later with a stiff neck and shoulders.
I had no option than to retreat to bed and get another half hour sleep before needing to wake up for Monday morning!
So now I skipped a day in my 60 days challenge... but how to handle it?
Quit? Of course not! Never!
Restart? I don't mind writing new articles, but that will be confusing.
So the alternative in my mind is to say that I am "one behind" and that I will need to merely catch up and post two. If I can't post two, then I am still one behind and if I fall more behind then I will need to work at catching up!
So that is my solution... I am still going to count and make sure I maintain this ration... eventually I will master the workload and catch up!

It was raining today and I had to go to evening school. Running in the morning is not possible at the moment... Does not seem like I will get to 50km this month...
