This movie tells the story of a serial killer who has mental disorders. The murder committed by Dolarhyde (Tooth Fairy), forced an FBI agent named Graham to conduct an investigation at the request of his former superior named Jack.

In his investigation, Graham ask help from Dr.Hannibal Lecter, a prisoner convicted of a very sadistic murder case.
