From what I've heard, Puerto Rico also has significant tax advantages in regards to crypto, but I think I remember something about those rules expiring in the new year. I can't leave because I'm taking care of an elderly parent. Good luck with your move...
It is good sometimes to just go with no real plans set in stone, I think it leaves the way open for more opportunities to come your way. Sounds like you know the area you wish to move to so that helps a lot. Safe travelling over to Poland and I'm sure everything will go smoothly for you and your beautiful family when you make the big move.x
Exciting adventures surely await you and the family! There are great communities down there and the great thing is that you are only 1-2 hours away from anything given the size of the island. And why i am saying environment because if we have an Peaceful environment then our life will be much more Ease. And yes, it's not that easy to find an Ideal house quickly because whenever we want to buy a house then for sure there are many aspects which surrounds in our mind and until we will not match with those aspects or reach close to it, we will continue searching. So, good wishes from my side and enjoy.
From Nashville to Puerto Rico. That's a decent-sized move, distance and culturally. It's a US territory, so I imagine there's a lot of familiar things there, but still.
So, no federal taxes because it's a territory, which includes no taxes on crypto, too? How are things there now? Is it as bad as some of the politicians there have tried to make it out to be after the hurricane?
I wish you well. I'm looking for the same kind of thing—tax and regulatory relief, preferably on an island somewhere. I haven't made any moves to make it happen, though.
You mentioned potentially looking at Mexico, too. I'm not sure if I could recommend that as a first option, so I hope the move to Puerto Rico works out well for everyone. Being able to work from anywhere is definitely a plus and one I hope to have again.

What a good friend @lukestokes I was visiting and watching your video, and it looks great I like it very much, beautiful arts, beautiful paradise, and landscape that you can see from the window, you have some very beautiful children and they are just like you, your children look like they love you very much and they look very happy next to you. Sounds like a great adventure for sure! I had moved from Germany to Chicago almost 30 years ago and lived there for some 10 years. Although I didn't stay in the end, I think it was a great experience and it certainly helps to expand ones horizon!
