Almost forgotten...

Hello Steemians, today I want to present you a band which is almost forgotten, but really wonderful, even if the story of the band and especially the leadsinger is sad. Some of you might know JOY DIVISION from the soundtrack of Trainspotting. --- However, Joy Division was founded in Manchester (UK) in the early 70ies and were one of the first "Post-Punk-Bands". If you want to know more about this band, I highly recommend you the movie "CONTROL" - it is the story about Ian Curtis the leadsinger and JOY DIVSION and their rise and fall. Hallo Steemians, heute möchte ich euch eine Band vorstellen, die fast vergessen ist, aber wirklich wundervoll, auch wenn die Geschichte der Band und vor allem des Leadsängers traurig ist. Einige von euch kennen JOY DIVISION vielleicht vom Trainspotting Sountrack. --- Joy Division wurde Anfang der 70er Jahre in Manchester (UK) gegründet und war eine der ersten "Post-Punk-Bands".
