The track was released in 1997 and uses a sample from 1970's Joni Mitchell - Big Yellow Taxi. The video is inspired by the 60's and 70's African culture in the US at that time, as Janet playing a lounge singer. Critics described it as "a great study of the fashion and sensibilities of 1960s pre-apartheid South Africa".
