Communities - Hivemind and Music
Interestingly I wrote about this ages ago - do we really wait for this that long already!?? Will Hivemind and Communities really change a thing for the Steem Blockchain based communities which are organised in Tribes already? Let me know your thoughts chaps!
If I missed anyone in the list let me know. Also let me know when people are still included that already left our community or chain!
Why do I think we have a great music community already
Hey guys and lovers of music - I wrote about the upcoming Hivemind potential for the entire Steemit community on Friday already trying to communicate a bit why that will help all users and the platform - not related to music only.
I hope we hear back about more details on how to kick-off these communities soon by @roadscape - can't wait for technical details how the communities will look like. As a guy with a love for a variety of music genres I am more than interested to get together all these great folks that drive #music in general, adding some more names below today thanks to the input of this community. Let us make Music on Steemit Great (again).
The song(s) in this post is contributing to #MetalWeekend by @detlev and my #DanceWeekend that combine both music genres - Rammstein as start above is a band that combines a lot different styles - Dance / Techno and Metal / Rock elements. As already mentioned I am sure the communities will help all of us to focus more on actual areas of interest and will strengthen the community factor via intelligent usage of sub communities. Here we are now finally with the promised connection of Heavy Metal and Techno by Eskimos & Egypt and a German band called Blitzkill that also tried to combine both genres - including German lyrics - sounding a bit like Rammstein on drugs 😷.

The following guys are either driving music, organising music or actually are musicians, DJs, producers or simply lovers or supporters of it. By purpose I did not segment them via their genre or actually role for music. I also did not rank them by any personal favour - there might be even some people I have no or not the best relationship with, but the overall community thinking is more or less the one that should count here!
Check these guys out and follow them if you feel their content or what they share is relevant your gut feel. And let me know who I forgot - probably hundreds of great music folks here I hope - add them in comments - I would like to be connected with anyone that loves and does music!

Why we need a variety of music styles?
Steemit is a global platform where every user has the potential to say, show, play, present, write what they want to in a de-centralized way. So let us combine forces and see the positive potential here and avoid getting into small childish flag wars or discussions. Agreed?
The Music Community on Steemit is ready to rock, rumble, dance and pump the world!
To add some more common music more people know two my favourite songs per genre according to Metal and Techno - listen to Suicidal Tendencies and DJ Hooligan and tell if these styles fit together or not!?

I think the entire world considers #Scorpions as #rockclassics- some even see them as the first and most succcessful hard rock band from Germany - a shame for our country! But.-..... if you want, do it - post it - i will not flag lol.

From what I understand tribes are a stop-gap before SMT and communities. We will have to see what happens when we have both ways. I think the issue with tribe tokens is that they are not fully decentralised. We rely on Steem Engine.
True on gap - Steem as a whole is centralized so curious what will happen if it happens.

ein trauriger Haufen - da würde selbst !BEER nicht helfen.
OK, ich könnte jetzt weit ausholen und grundsätzlich eine Diskussion darüber anstoßen, daß der Wert der Musik derzeit oft vielleicht nicht angemessen (gelinde gesagt) vergütet wird. Das hat viele Gründe. Ich bin es allerdings auch Leid. Es hat einfach keinen Sinn mehr für mich, mir darüber den Kopf zu zerbrechen.
So viel Bier, um mir die Situation schön zu saufen, wäre meiner Gesundheit nicht zuträglich. ;-)
Aber selbstverständlich hast Du Recht @detlev! :-)
