in #music7 years ago

Here is a list of my 5 albums that have undoubtedly inspired me in both musical and personal, each of these albums have a particular memory, that when you hear back something in me refers to it.

Number 5: Arcturus - The Sham Mirrors

Personally this is one of those records that I've heard more than 20 times and still does not bore me. It has everything necessary to be a classic, besides being well elaborated. The production is entirely linked to what is wanted or the intention of the musicians. The voice of Kristoffer Rygg along with the batteries of Hellhammer make this record unique and especially emotional.

Number 4: Ulver - Perdition City

This album, man! Perfect for a night of hard work and comfort for any occasion, with the voices of Kristoffer Rygg (and you will notice the fan that I am of this man) and also with an instrumental repertoire that is quite environmental and without a doubt they will get you out of The monotony and will take you to a much more Ulver-like place.

Number 3: The Kovenant - Nexus Polaris

A unique piece that any avant-garde lover should listen to, why? Simply because it marks the beginning of an era of different groups that begin to mix the ambient sound and the metal to create thus more atmospheric sounds and to carry a harmony without doubt extremely out of this world.

Number 2: Diabolical Masquerade - Nightwork

This disc is synonymous of Dan Swanö, a masterpiece of art, the sound is unique and innovative in the scene of the avant-garde, no disc has approached such a level of innovation as this, and it is also a rather underrated album, but Those who have really inquired into this type of discs have been able to appreciate very well.

Number 1: Dødheimsgard - A Umbra Omega

Ladies and gentlemen, this album is going to break the concept they have about music. This is particularly something that will blow your mind to a strange world of sounds and harmonies that you may not have heard, and if you prefer, listen carefully and without stopping to gain a better experience.
