Ethics and morals have to do with something being right or wrong. Most times they are used to mean the same thing and embedded in each other but there are still slight differences between the two of them

Ethics is a standard of good or bad set by a community or society and accepted by the society. People practise ethics because it is right even when it is against their values and they do it without personal gains. Ethics can also be a code of conduct for some professions like law, medicine, psychology etc. Ethics changes with change in cultural practice of a given society or community and differed from one society to another.

Moral differed from one person to another. It has to do with personal belief and opinions or perception. Most times moral has to do with religion (Christianity). It is what you have been taught and what has been passed down to you from generations before. Morals change when someone's opinion or perception about a certain value changes.

Something can be ethically right but morally wrong like the same sex marriage and something can be morally right but ethically wrong like crypto trading is prohibited in some places but it is not morally wrong.
