This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by @thesocalhive where we share an aspect of our California.
The fall and winter are a great time in Southern California for harvesting citrus fruits! There is a long history of citrus trees thriving in my area, and that means a box of my families favorite: tangerines!
We usually get a box or two this time of year and enjoy them often. The kids can peel them themselves as well, which means they can eat whenever they want a snack. They are good for you too, so that is better than many other snack choices.

Oh! Citrus fruits. Looks so colourful, the artificial powdered one is available and its really sweet. You should ve lucky to boost your immune system right from your garden.
That looks delicious. I don't think we have Tangerines in the Philippines, but we do have a lot of citrus fruits to choose from. They really are perfect for an afternoon snack.
If tangerines thriving, then you must be living in a warmer area.

Vitamin C is found in these fruits. And children like this the most. Sweet fruits are coming here these days. I eat fruits only after breakfast. thank you @brian.rrr
