The best part of teaching Computers
I included keyboard shortcuts in Computer lessons to embed the idea that things could be faster if you learnt them. He didn't know about keyboard shortcuts and I showed him Ctrl-P, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V.
CS: That is amazing, well done! A bit of background: When I lived in Brazil, I worked as a Computer and English teacher at a private International School (they teach all the subjects in English). One of my best memory was a short interaction with one of my students. To know that what I was teaching was sinking in and that they were teaching others. My reply would always be: "It is to help you use a computer faster. I taught from about 5 till 12 years old.
