Garlic does help you with sex because it makes you healthier which means your body can do more sex or anything really. It is not that garlic helps you with sex specifically but more that garlic helps your body in general. Garlic fights off diseases which means your body can spend more energy on sex and less energy on fighting diseases. My grandpa was born in the Netherlands making me part Dutch and maybe part German too. Probably not Russia, I don't think. My mom's ancestors are from England, Scotland, Ireland, etc. But maybe not Italy. The bamboo salt toothpaste I bought was maybe a Korean product, I don't know, but I did buy it in Vietnam at a Japanese store.

Yes, my ancestors were European, specifically Dutch, British, Scottish, etc. And I don't remember if I'm part Nordic, Italian, French, or Spanish. Oh, I didn't know they like garlic but that is good. So, you're ancestors are Korean? And are they also part Chinese? Vietnamese people do like Japan and Korea.
Dear arnold, I don't know if my ancestral lineage is Chinese. From time immemorial, Koreans interacted with Chinese, Manchus, Mongolians, and Japanese. So, mixed blood and cohabitation between them and Koreans frequently occurred.
I am amazed that Americans know about their ancestors well.
The reason Vietnamese people like Koreans and Japanese people is that they have long grudges with Chinese people.

I don't know how many people know but I've studied how all the people on the planet can be traced back to the three sons of Noah, the oldest son, Japheth, I think his descendants migrated towards Europe, the middle son, Shem, his kids stayed around the Middle East and Asia in general, and the youngest, Ham, his children started moving towards Africa. But over the years, there were many interracial marriages between the three main races of white, yellow, and black. So, it can be pretty simple and also very complex to follow the history of genealogy for the humans of the planet. I was watching a series all about this early in 2020 by none other than Answers in Genesis. Vietnamese don't really have to be against the Chinese people but I think some are or maybe many are. But the real problem has been the Chinese government itself. The most popular last name in Vietnam is Nguyen.
