Knock Knock; Who's There?

Well they do say that opportunity only knocks once.

Opportunity is surely on my mind today, especially given
the fact that this lone hyena made for the prefect photo opportunity
when it practically posed itself for these pictures during a game drive
through the Kruger National park somewhere between the Satara and
Lower Sabie camps, andalso the fact that, whenever I think of a
Hyena the word opportunist definitely honks the horn
as my train of thoughts leave the station.

When one door closes:

Our lives are filled with tons of little journeys all neatly intertwined
into each other, and it is difficult not to feel a bit down hearten
when we reach the end of a journey, but the one thing that I have
learned from that, is that there is always another door opening
for every door that closes throughout our lives.

We might even hear opportunity knocking from behind closed
doors as we pass, just because a door is closed does not mean
that we can not open it
- just remember, opportunity might only knock once!

Are you embracing the opportunities that you are given?

Or are you walking straight past all the doors, laid across your journey?

Sort:

In my situation, opportunities tend to not make themselves known.

Maybe start looking for them, they are always there. Sometimes we are just to busy looking at other things to notice them.

I'm always looking for opportunities though.

That is great!

It might be argued that the hyena is the Queen of the Savannah. They are a law onto themselves. This one seemed to be looking for career as a model. How obliging she was:):):) Great shots, Breezin:)

hahaha, well seeing that the can change sex at will, not necessarily confined to role of Queen even. LOL

Oh they are remarkable species:)

They are indeed

thank you for sharing @breezin, a rare animal, but like benign.

My pleasure @jhoni

Limitless opportunities, just gotta keep movin on to the next one ;)

Yup, no doubt about that!!

I've seen hyenas in the zoo. They're as big as timber wolves.

hahaha, I have no idea what the size of a timber wolf is, but yes they are intimidatingly huge!

That is GORGEOUS!!!! Wow !!
Yes that's about the size.

I not only embrace opportunity, I often create my own.THINK..ACT...BE...RESPECT

DROPS MIC!
