Takengon, Central Aceh District, has a lot of tourist charm. This area is in the Gayo highlands. This area is also known as the best coffee-producing region. In addition to mountains and coffee, one of a number of tourist attraction there is Lake Lut Tawar.
It was quite a day enjoying the charm of Lake Lut Tawar. I visited a cafe on the edge of the lake. The seat is slightly floating on the water. Underneath the fish cage shades of view. The water of the lake is very calm and clear.
The best time to enjoy Lut Tawar is in the morning. Before sunrise, the lake water looks like dew. On it a white haze hangs not too high. This scene, we can enjoy about 30 minutes. At approximately 07:45 pm, the sun was visible behind the mountains that circle the lake.
There we will also find the number of horses in the expanse of grass fields.
