One summer day in the north.

No farmers left where I live. All the old grasslands grow dense with weeds and forest. The same happens in large parts of Norway. Every year, hundreds of farms are closed down due to poor profitability.

Your place is paradise!
I've seen fields of pink in BE but that's on the way to France and just drivin passed through it. Up close is very different!
They call them weed but really they're the earth's ornaments!

It has to be so heartbreaking for the farmers to leave. The farmers in my area struggle trying to keep their farms going. Hard work with very little to no profit.

Such beautiful pictures! It's very sad that the farms are closing, but the weeds make for a lovely photo. The sunset photo at the end is really stunning.

You may call them weeds but they are pretty, I would like to call them wildflowers... The fields of purple are gorgeous!
