Had a beautiful day to catch a little more dinner.
Caught a few trout today. If you have never tried sea trout, it is one of my favorites. It is a bottom feeder like flounder and drum, but it is delicious.
I just add a little butter to the skillet, some chef magic and parsley on the fish and cook about 3-5 minutes on each side. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT.
I love where I live. Its amazing feeling to be able to just go out watch the sunrise and bring home dinner for the night.
