Hello happy people!
It was very hot weather last week in Estonia. So, as I had a vacation (the end of it actually), it defo should be spent outdoors with fun.
So, we packed things for swimming, we made shopping for barbeque and drove out of town.
We have been camping over there some years ago. Good memories.
We're getting there first. This place is wonderful - quiet and clean with clear water and with a great opportunity to barbeque, as it's managed by RMK (State Forest Management Center).
Before we started to grill, we jumped into the river first. It is always fun, right? Water was warm and it wasn't deep in the river.
Soon came one stranger Russian guy with a friendly dog and he ( the dog ) got a lot of attention from us.
After some time many cars came one after another. People set up tents and enjoyed that place as much as we did.
After swimming we barbequed. Actually, furious-one gets all the glory.
I was enjoying the sun and was just cool...
Such a delicious launch we had :)
We didn't stay there overnight, just for some hours. Now I am wondering why didn't we? Don't even know...
Hopefully, we still have warm around here at least till the end of August.
Ok. That's it for now.
Perhaps we'll manage to visit the place again and hopefullt the statewide open-fire ban can be lifted before as well, for another nice grill, chill, swim. Oh, and perhaps we ca nthen even manage to snag some chanterelles! Just need a day or two of heavy rain.
Oh, yeah? Cool :) Next time we will find chanterelles for sure!
