That was at the IT Chosun Meetup in Seoul, South Korea that I helped plan on behalf of Steemit.

It was part of our 2018 Summer Asia trip. I worked BD at Steemit, Inc. for two years.
Sarah and me were debating the year of this picture and I had 2018, because it captured skinny-Ned and I don't think we met fat-Ned until 2019.
