Hey there folks! Welcome to another wonderful #NeedleWorkMonday!! Yes that’s me showing my wild side hair look! I figured while I take a little time away from crocheting that I would share with you some of my older completed projects.
This was a photoshoot I did modeling my
I don’t do much modeling anymore but I sure enjoyed it when I was active. Not enough time and too many babies to look after now lol!
When I first starting crocheting hats I ALWAYS added a ribbon to them until I was ready for a new look. I added them especially to children’s hats.
I always add the ear coverings for the little ones.
This was my very first custom made order! I was so excited to make this set which included a dress, hat, booties, diaper cover, blanket and a matching headband for the mother to wear. I thought it was a good idea to have mother matching her baby, it was the customer’s idea.
I love when mothers and daughters match so I made my daughter and I these matching fingerless gloves.
What’s Next?
I plan on fulfilling a Fall order for a men’s hat. I also plan on making a Summer dress for our baby girl. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks I will feel up to continuing my crochet series. It all depends on how fast I recover ;) Looking forward to visiting your blogs today to see more handiwork!!!

I absolutely adore that green baby set, it's such a beautiful color and that animal print ribbon really adds something extra to the whole look.

Thank you! The customer had it all layed out how she wanted it. I was so happy when I found the color yarn and the ribbon print she wanted. I thought it added extra to the look too! 😊

Really cool throwbacks, you hair is really pretty, is it naturally wavy, and the neck warmer, head warmer, finger warmer, all really nice. You do know how to match colours to make them look fine. Yeah I like matching with momma, but the only down side is if it's exactly the same colour I can't take the dress when she gets tired of it because I don't want same colour .

And it is so fascinating to revisit old projects. Sometimes one forgets how many things came into existence over the years. And you have a clear style in your crochet, with the bold colours and the texture rich designs.
By the way I love the handwarmers. I have never tried out cables with crochet, but I think they look beautiful, especially in the mustard version.
