Man identified as Michael Karimi Kai was stoned to death after 3 years old missing girl was found in his house in Kiambu Sub-country, kenya.
According to the news, Michael who is 35 years old died at the spot after he was badly beating by the members of the public.
Who responded to a distress call from the mother minor who Armed with Crude weapons including logs stick and stones,the public descended on the suspect who was caught red handed with the child in his house at 9am on Monday been 31 of August.
The mother of the child realize that her child was not with her playmates and she started looking for her in the neighbours houses, with assistance from her neighbours and friends.
They knocked on the door of the suspect and found the child seated on the bed in the single roomed rented house, they raised alarm and curious members of the public responded and entered the house upon which they started beating him up after he failed to give a Satisfactory explanation of what the minor was doing in his house while others were playing outside.
According to the Ting'angel'a Assistant County Commissioner known as Caleb Nyongesa said the suspect was beaten up after he was accused, but we warned the public against taking law into their hands by punishing suspects without involving law enforcement officers
