Eminent domain
Eminent domain (United States, Philippines), land acquisition (Singapore), compulsory purchase (United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland), resumption (Hong Kong, Uganda), resumption/compulsory acquisition (Australia), or expropriation (France, Italy, Mexico, South Africa, Canada, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Chile, Denmark, Sweden) is the power of a state, provincial, or national government to take private property for public use. However, this power can be legislatively delegated by the state to municipalities, government subdivisions, or even to private persons or corporations, when they are authorized by the legislature to exercise the functions of public character.[1]
In the Anglo-American historical context, property taken could be used only by the government taking the property in question. The most common uses of property taken by eminent domain have been for roads and government buildings and other facilities, public utilities. However, in the mid-20th century, a new application of eminent domain was pioneered, in which the government could take the property and transfer it to a private third party. This was initially done only to "blighted" property, on the principle that such properties had a negative impact upon surrounding property owners, but was later expanded to allow the taking of any private property when the new 3rd party owner could develop the property in such a way as to bring in increased tax revenues to the government.
Some jurisdictions require that the taker make an offer to purchase the subject property, before resorting to the use of eminent domain. However, once the property is taken and the judgment is final, the condemnor owns it in fee simple, and may put it to uses other than those specified in the eminent domain action.[further explanation needed]
Takings may be of the subject property in its entirety (total take) or in part (part take), either quantitatively or qualitatively (either partially in fee simple or, commonly, an easement, or any other interest less than the full fee simple title).[further explanation needed]

Truly believing there is some sort of equilibrium that can be met. Not only that but causing the most efficient use of said item to be maximized.
The natural world ,human beings ,sentient life it's Beauty and Majesty cannot be Quantified. For my more analytical readers they are irrational numbers. Question, does counting or solving equations make any sense when you can't breathe?
Progressive,regressive, possessive,corporations are still not people. They may pay handsomely to distract obfuscate, an force litigate. There still a totalitarian, structure designed to maximize shareholder profits ,laser focus only on bottom line.
Maybe there could be a happy medium if they called it a day there. Instead they use those profits to buy political favor. Create a revolving door between industry and government. Rollback safety and health regulations. Rewrite tax codes to favor their individual companies or prospects. Raid state and local treasuries directly or indirectly with their pre-approved contractors. All the while degra dating the environment. Privatizing or closing schools hospitals Public Services. Exponentially increasing Public Health costs. Even bought the media and now excerpt undue influence on information distribution. This insatiable corporate Beast is obsessed with power. Cultural power political power Financial power.
What is the endgame do they want to be the little representation of God or a deity on this planet?
