Ok, why hasn't America? Got the message guns can kill people. Especially if you have someone behind the gun who is emotionally upset. I don't know why they do it. But America has to get tougher gun laws to buy back the guns. Have to be over 21 years of age to buy a gun as well. In Hobart Tasmania only took one time for a madman and we change our guns laws and payback for guns as well. That was 20 years or ago now and no big shooting since then. So it works .
