Actually news brings negativity and a kind of strange feeling. Now I watch news only 30 minutes 😅 social media even more dangerous. It is best to spend time with nature :-)

then again, I know that my mom, for instance, reads the entire newspaper, up till the announcements of those who have died, watches the news and listens to it on the radio too.
That would drive me insane.
but I guess we all do what we can to keep things under control and some are better at it than others and probably less sensitive or more brainwashed...
