Today Russians discuss how the deputy of the State Duma tried to put his finger into his colleague's ear😏. It happened during the plenary meeting when the Parliament was discussing the Budget Code. The Deputy Head of the Duma Rules Committee, Mikhail Romanov, said that this act didn't break any rules or ethics. However, this small-scale incident caused extensive discussion among common people as they believe that deputies don't serve well and are paid high salaries for nothing. The average salary in Russia is about $500 per month while deputies of the State Duma get about $6000 monthly.
