The Moroccan satellite, which will be launched tomorrow, will be named Mohamed VI, the French space station official said.
The Moon is named "MOHAMMED VI-A" and is scheduled to be launched on Tuesday (7 November) at 22:42 hours French time in Guyana, a French Overseas Territory, North Coast of South America.
The launch of the missile will be at 01:42 hours on Wednesday, 8 November, according to the timing of the capital Rabat, and will be available to follow up the launch directly through the site of the company Ariane Spice
According to an official communiqué for the French Space Agency, the spacecraft will be used primarily for mapping and planning, monitoring agricultural activities, preventing and managing natural disasters, monitoring environmental developments and desertification, and monitoring the border and coastline.
