At least for me, thank God that I finished my studies, I finished my medical degree and on the 12th of this month (December) in the city of Cumana we will have a protocol act in which we will receive our letter of completion and our medical codes.

It feels just like yesterday when we hugged ourselves, smiled, and said Happy New Year to people and now the year is almost over and we’re gonna repeat the same cycle in no time? Wow! Indeed time runs very fast.I have had my fair share of life’s ups and downs, heck I have even questioned my existence a couple of times but one thing I know for a fact is that 2024 wasn’t just like other years for me. 2024 to me would be categorized as a year where a lot of my dreams came through and majority of my prayers were answered.

Happy day, afternoon or night, depending on your schedule, I'm happy to be here sharing with you a pizza recipe plus several anecdotes, it's clear that I was going to publish it here, since you are food lovers, so I send a big hug to my readers and especially to the Foodies bee hive community.A few days ago I arrived at my workplace and found an order of 70 pizzas, my coworker told me to help the girls take out the guava bombs and you can do that pizza order alone.
I was honestly a little scared, thinking that maybe I wasn't going to deliver that order on time, but with the greatest willingness and determination I told myself that everything was going to be perfect, at about 9:00 am I started and finished 30 minutes before 2 pm, although some things were against me, such as:

I made this French Toast Casserole with a freshly baked Challah Bread. It is the perfect bread because it turns spongy with the juice from the berries and eggs. You will love this casserole, and it is made the night before. I will be making it again for Christmas morning this year. I made it for my family that visited for Thanksgiving this past week and they all loved it.

December is already here. This is my favorite time of the year and not for religious--or consumerist--reasons. I love the energy of the end of the year. Cycles close, others begin. And while there are those who carry over old "things" into the new year, I think the former beats the latter: the symbolism of the end of the year has a mystical force that moves people, hearts, whole communities, countries. I'm speaking of that energy that's present even in simple things, like the cheerful twinkling of Christmas lights or a cup of coffee.
