OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 1997th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

With the recent changing of my company and team, there were a lot of things that we learned that were incredibly eye-opening and frustrating. So much of the process was completely backwards, and it was done in a very poor fashion. Not to toot my own horn, but I hate when I see people around me fail so I ended up doing a lot of the gap-work in the sense of we were given "X" directive and extremely vague information. I saw a bunch of people confused about it and ask what was going on, so I ended up writing quite a bit of documentation for the people to get things done successfully.

Am also resting but decided to make some unique exotic onion 🧅 rolls that are so healthy for tea 🍵 to share this Sunday with you. How delicious to always make something unique from onions and how good to know that when we incorporate onions 🧅 in our dishes or snacks, we are getting lots of vitamin C which may help regulate our immune health., especially of Collagen production .

His six-foot two inch frame that towered over most his friends shrank in the midst of the gigantic mountains in the distance. Smooth skin not fitting for a young man of seventeen defied his heritage. His thick jet black hair glistened in rays that fell upon his bronze shoulders. A body bred for a warrior. Smokey eyes absorbed the landscape as he pondered his future among his tribesmen.

Hi Hivers friends, I am happy to tell you why this is one of the most refreshing drinks that I have been drinking in the last few days, when we have a big heat wave and we have many power outages. Although we have already seen many recipes about the ingredients of this juice, I think the most important thing is the history of each one and the enthusiasm and love with which each one prepares it. Cucumber and lemon are used for meals, drinks and cocktails.

This is a set of street shots in the San Nicolás neighborhood, one of the most popular and busy areas, although this is a second part of the holiday in which the city was desolate. I took the first photo on Leandro Alem Avenue, there you can get everything and it is really easy to have good results, although it limits with the Retiro neighborhood, it can be something insecure.

The song Me Cambiaste la vida is about the change that the encounter with love caused in the interpreter, making reference to the perfect love, to that love that illuminates the soul and transforms the feeling capable of reaching the deepest part of his being. It refers to a positive and enriching change, transforming the feelings into something true and deep, where he expresses for you I have grown again, meaning how great we can be when we find true love that is able to change us for the better.

From the day my daughter was born I’ve made every effort to be involved in her upbringing. I taught her how to walk, how to speak, how to read and write, how to ride a bike, and how to crash it too. I even taught her how to swim, which took an absolute age but the reward was incredible. Some things we taught each other, like how to backflip on a trampoline. I remember all these things like they were yesterday and I never forget the feeling of seeing my little princess wearing that huge smile of accomplishment. Parenting has been the best experience of my life and nothing will ever make me feel so proud of myself. I am a good father and my daughter, who is now 18, has turned out to be an amazing young lady. Of course, there have been hard times and many many arguments. I’ve been told to “fuck off” more times than I’d have wanted to but on some occasions I have to admit that I probably deserved it. I’ve made mistakes like all parents do but I’ve tried my hardest never to let her down and always be there for her when she needs me to be. Inevitably, as the years go by you become less involved and more of a background character, until you’re summoned that is. The early teenage years were certainly the hardest, as they often can be for both parent and child. Nobody writes a manual and nobody should. Every child is different as is every parent. We go by our past experience mixed with instinct and intuition. Some time it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes you get results and other times you get the entire blame for their failures. But you take it all on the chin. You take the wins with the losses and, most important of all, you never quit.
