OCD's support is expanding!
Hello everyone! This is the 2018th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.
This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.
How this Works
OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.
This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

It has been a while since the last time I made a post .Today let me share with you One of Filipinos favorite soup called BULALO ( beef shanks with bone marrow) but my version of BULALO is with a twist. Originally bulalo is beef shanks with bone marrow but my version is with beef ribs because we love it mixed beef shanks, bone marrow and beef ribs.

This March was also the month of Ramadan(in which we fast). On that particular day, we both(Moaz and I) were having fast. At the time of iftar(the time when we eat and complete fast), we went into restaurant(Ranchos) but surprisingly there was no seat to sit. We had to wait and we were told to reserve our table as there were so many people, unexpectedly. But, Roza(fast) cannot be compromised as everything should be on time. If we delay or do it early then it won't be the same. To complete(open) fast, we ran into the sector(main area) and completed fast by having loaded fries. That iftar was strangest.

With Buhito we decided to go out to walk around the garden to see what flowers had bloomed this year and we were surprised to find that our garden is full of geraniums everywhere in 3 (three) different colors, white, red and pink, the predominant one is the white which is scattered in different corners of my garden, while the red and pink are only found in a specific corner, but that does not detract from their merit because as I always say, the intense red color of some flowers stands out above the rest, but look below the publication, you can see how the red geranium shines.

When we feel good and have enough health, we should cherish the time with those we love. In this case, I made sure to enjoy a pleasant moment with my daughter, as I'm not always with her. We went to the El Pinar Zoo (Instagram), located in Caracas, El Paraíso; this is about the 3rd time we've visited. The entrance fee is relatively inexpensive, costing 30 bolívares at the moment, approximately $0.5. If you haven't visited, it's a very nice destination to spend time with family.

Mashed Potatoes Plus Tabule. I have been living a healthy lifestyle for a while now, due to certain health problems that afflict me. However, I recognize that I have committed some sins due to family celebrations; now, it is time to resume the path I had started and today has provoked me to eat something ultra-healthy based on vegan ingredients. In that sense; I was looking at the contents of my fridge to see what lunch I could prepare and I immediately saw some potatoes; I love potatoes and I also took onion, tomato and parsley to prepare a tabbouleh style salad; and although this salad has wheat, let's prepare this recipe with what we have on hand.
