I like this smokey effect. Is it long exposure with big aperture?

In daylight there is not possible to archive this effect by adjusting only the aperture, you will struggle to get exposures that are long enough. I've used Lee filers "Big Stopper". Basically a black piece of glass that goes in front of the lens to minimize the light going in thru the system.

i like your own version of selfie @erlend. it has still an element of mystery. you seem to like to work in a shadow not revealing your full identity. but i like the picture the most than the reflection of your own shadow.good day.
