One of the great things about being in Lofoten is having Grandma around. Spoiler getting spoiled!

I wish it was all three! It's called "kanelsnurr" or Cinnamon roll in English and it's a dessert =)

My mom makes sour-dough cinnamon rolls, it's one of my favorite parts of visiting home. Great with a cup of coffee!
