No state should be replaced with no rulers or something because no states is exactly what the globalists want, they are trying their hardest to remove nation states 's power. The word no state in this context bothers me because it kinda implies that if there is no state we will all be more free, it's actually the opposite one government to rule them all means there will be no competition, no diversity, no choice, no escape.
"No State" implies no one-world state, by definition.
Anarchy (absence of "governments comprised of bureaucratic offices") is actually possible, but only post-singularity. Prior to the tech singularity, individual humans can only veto government punishment with regularity if proper juries are restored, and cultural standards that expect them are restored.
