Was it because she was hot teacher , married and perceived as cheating ? I mean we really have no idea what kind of relationship/understanding she has with her husband. Is it an open marriage? We really do not know what the intricacies are there. We know that is not the offense.
Ok, so yes there is the law for "age" of consent law .......that man created. Is it realistic ? I mean every student has had at least one teacher "crush" or "fantasy."
I can hardly see it as an offense in that she was teaching with added perks that correspond with natural bodily responses. It was obviously consensual between the two yet people yet mans law want to guilt and shame humans into denying what is well "natural."

Yet, SHE is put on probation for six years and must register as a sex offender. Obviously mans laws !!!!

I guess there should be some age of consent but not as high as 18? If so how old? Fifteen, fourteen, thirteen?
There are relationships where one is over 18 and the other is 15. This is not pedophilia.
I know someone who had been with her husband since she was 14. The relationship lasted until the husband was murdered in a robbery. Poor woman. Her son was so devastated as well.

I'd certainly sing the same tune; highschoolers are no less logical than the average (young) adult who's 18-24. As long as both parties like it and it wasn't forced/pressured/etc, then who cares.
It'd be different if she threatened the student with grade punishments, but if the student isn't coerced it's none of anyone else's fucking business. Sure, it may seem odd or weird, but so does two men fucking if you aren't homosexual. That doesn't make it wrong though. If that's what they want to do that's their deal and their deal alone.
